Colouring Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Entry into this competition is only open to residents of Western Australia. You do not have to be a customer of an Autobahn franchise to enter. Employees of Autobahn Mechanical and Electrical Services Pty Ltd (“Autobahn”), any of its franchises and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
2. Each entry must be entered into in accordance with these terms and conditions. By entering this competition, each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. Autobahn Mechanical & Electrical Pty Ltd may in its discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these terms and conditions.
3. If an entrant is under the age of 18 years, permission to enter into this competition must be sought from the child’s parent or legal guardian.
4. Entry into this competition is free.
5. To be eligible to enter this competition, all entrants must collect an entry form from an Autobahn location or download the online entry form at  www.autobahn.net.au and submit a completed entry as follows:
   1. by hand, to any Autobahn location;
   2. by post, to Autobahn Head Office – Level 1, 35 Capital Road, Malaga WA 6090;
   3. by email, to info@autobahn.net.au.
6. This competition commences at 7:30am on 1st June 2023 and closes at 5:30pm on 31st August 2023.
7. Any entry received after the expiry of the competition period will be invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
8. There is 1st prize, 2nd prize and 3rd prize categories.
9. 1st prize winner receives a “Playstation 5 Disc Version and a $500 Autobahn Voucher
10. 2nd prize winner will receive a “$250 EB Games voucher, and a $250 Autobahn Voucher
11. 3rd prize winner will receive a “$100 EB Games Voucher, and a $100 Autobahn Voucher
12. “1st, 2nd and 3rd prize” will be drawn for each of our 23 franchise centres.
13. Autobahn vouchers can be  redeemed  at  any  Autobahn  franchise  location  but  is  NOT exchangeable for cash, and, cannot be used with any other discount or offer.
14. If the prize becomes unavailable, Autobahn reserves the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value.
15. Judging will take place at Autobahn’s head office in September 2023. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into with entrants. The prize is NOT redeemable for cash, but is transferable or exchangeable.
16. The prize winners will be notified by phone only.
17. If the prize winners do not respond to claim the prize within 21 days of the draw, a redraw will be conducted within 30 days of the original draw.
18. Autobahn reserves the right to request prize winners to provide proof of age, identity and residency prior to awarding a prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of Autobahn.
19. The prize winners will be responsible for all costs associated with collecting and using their prize.
20. All entries become the property of Autobahn and will not be returned. Entries may be used on display at Autobahn locations at the sole discretion of Autobahn.
21. If a prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the prize winner’s parent or guardian.
22. The prize  winners  will  be  required  to  take  part  in  promotional  activity  related  to  the competition and the winners shall participate in such activity at Autobahn’s request.
23. The prize winners hereby consent to the use by Autobahn, both before and after the closing date of the prize draw for an unlimited time, of the winner’s first name, image and competition entry for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs, on the internet, social media and print) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the competition, all entrants consent to the same.
24. The prize winners will be required to have their photo taken holding their winning competition entry. If a prize winner is under 18 years of age, the winner’s parent or guardian must provide written consent.
25. Autobahn shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.
26. By entering this draw, each entrant releases Autobahn, its directors, officers, employees and agents from, and indemnities each of them against, any and all liability or any loss, damage or injury of any kind arising from or in connection with this competition or the acceptance of the prize.
27. COVID: Cancellation of Competition  Without limiting clause 25, entrants acknowledge and agree that Autobahn may reschedule, alter the format or change the end date of the Competition (including cancelling completely) if, in the opinion of Autobahn, it is not able to, it is impracticable to or it is not safe to hold the Competition directly or indirectly because of COVID or a law, regulation, government declaration and/or direction in connection with COVID.
28. Autobahn may cancel the competition and not award the prize where circumstances beyond Autobahn’s control prevent Autobahn from providing the prize. Should the competition be cancelled, Autobahn will:
    1. advertise that the competition has been cancelled;
    2. promptly destroy all entries; and
    3. not use the personal information that has been provided.
29. Entry into this competition signifies acceptance of all of these terms and conditions. Entrants are required to abide by the terms and conditions as presented.
